A lifelong leader in the pregnancy center movement, Melinda Delahoyde has been strategically involved in a host of non-profit organizations focused on life and bioethics issues. Melinda served as Director of Education for Americans United for Life. She has also served as President/CEO of CareNet, the largest national affiliation association representing over 1100 pregnancy centers.

Melinda is the author of Fighting for Life (Crossway Books, 1984), and contributing author to three additional books, including one with Christian philosopher Francis A. Schaeffer. She has authored articles for Christianity Today and her quotes have appeared in TIME and World magazines.

Melinda currently serves as President of Gateway Women’s Care in Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina. She and her husband, Bruce reside in Raleigh.
