Rev. Dr. Inga Brockington was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey and matriculated through the Newark public school system.  She is the co-founder of Handmaiden Ministries, a non-profit organization based in Bristol PA. Handmaiden Ministries is an organization that focuses on the spiritual and physical needs of single mothers struggling and trying to be productive in their communities. She is an Ordained Elder at Abundant Life Family Worship Church located in New Brunswick, NJ under the leadership of Bishop George Searight, and Lady Mary Searight.  Dr. Brockington is a prolific preacher and teacher, and she enjoys ministering and teaching the Word of God.  She provides a  fresh perspective on God’s Word on various topics and discussions that are relevant in today’s society. 

 Dr. Brockington is a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor in NJ, a Certified Clinical Supervisor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in PA. She has been in the field of  substance abuse counseling for more than 30 years. She is the Executive Director of Good News Home for Women, located in Flemington NJ; and she has a private practice based in Bristol, PA. Dr. Brockington. Dr. Brockington has a Bachelor's degree of Psychology from Bloomfield College, a Master's of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Metro Urban Ministries from New Brunswick  Theological Seminary. 

She is the proud mother of three beautiful children; Llamar,  Kitima, and Gerald. The grandmother of six energetic  grandchildren; Llamar Jr, Aniyah, Alexander,  Kyan, Myles and Kingsley they all light up her world.  Dr. Brockington's motto is “There is always time to start over and get it right. Put God first and the rest will follow.”
