Dr. Tracey Pritchard serves as the Head of School at The Chrisitan Academy where she graduated from in 1987 after 12 years as a student. Tracey earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Liberty University, her Masters in School Counseling, and her Doctorate in Innovation and Leadership both from Wilmington University. She has ministered in Christian education more than 30 years at both the PK-12 and the college levels. Tracey is humbled to serve at TCA which stands as a testament to the fusion of faith and education. At TCA Dr. Pritchard and her dedicated and committed staff merge their passion for kingdom work and their vision for holistic student development. TCA is unapologetic about their fierce and passionate commitment to be an academic community that glorifies Jesus Christ so that their students excel in TCA’s core values of academic readiness (learn), spiritual development (believe) and Christian service (serve). TCA is committed to preparing their students to be a transforming influence for Jesus Christ and Tracey is humbled that the Lord has called her to join HIM in ministry at her alma mater.
