The Epstein files unveil something interesting about Trump

Recently unsealed FBI records have shed new light on the relationship between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, suggesting the former president acted as an early informant for investigators.
According to a 2019 interview summary designated as an FD-302, Trump described Epstein as disgusting and identified Ghislaine Maxwell as a dangerous operative. He specifically labeled Maxwell as evil, urging those investigating the sex trafficking ring to focus their efforts on her role within the organization.
The document reveals that Trump recounted a specific instance where he found himself in Epstein’s company while teenagers were present. Upon noticing the age of the girls, Trump reportedly stated that he got the hell out of there immediately. Investigators noted that Trump was among the first individuals to contact authorities once the public became aware of the criminal investigation into Epstein. This cooperation appears to have occurred well before Epstein’s final arrest and subsequent death in federal custody.
These disclosures provide a different perspective on the social ties between the two men, which have long been the subject of intense public scrutiny. While photographs from the 1990s documented their shared social circle in Palm Beach, this official record indicates a sharp break in their association based on Trump’s stated revulsion toward Epstein’s behavior.
The FD-302 also mentions that victims interviewed by the Palm Beach Police Department primarily identified Epstein as their sole assailant within that specific orbit, further isolating his actions from other high profile figures mentioned in the files.
