How Nick Shirley is exposing voter fraud in California

California voter registration lists are facing renewed scrutiny following a viral investigation by YouTuber Nick Shirley. In a recently released video, Shirley alleges significant inaccuracies within the state’s voter rolls, sparking a public debate regarding election integrity and the maintenance of official records under Governor Gavin Newsom’s administration.

The investigation shows Shirley visiting various residential and commercial addresses throughout California where multiple individuals are reportedly registered to vote. In several instances captured on film, current occupants of these properties claimed they had no knowledge of the people listed on the official voter rolls for their specific locations. Some addresses appeared to be vacant lots or business entities rather than residences, yet they remained associated with numerous active voter files.

These findings continue to demonstrate the concerns voiced by election integrity advocates who have pointed out that outdated registration lists create potential vulnerabilities. While California law mandates the periodic removal of deceased or relocated voters, it seems the current process is not keeping pace with the state’s high population mobility.

Historically, the California Secretary of State’s office has been responsible for maintaining state compliance with all federal mandates, including the National Voter Registration Act.
