A new independent poll conducted by SurveyUSA for KSTP shows Mike Lindell leading the Republican primary field for the Minnesota gubernatorial race.

According to the poll results, Lindell holds the lead with 27 percent of the vote. Minnesota House Speaker Lisa Demuth follows in second place at 22 percent, while businessman Kendall Qualls is in third place with 17 percent. The poll indicates that 24 percent of surveyed Republican voters remain undecided.

The survey found that Lindell performs strongest among male voters and individuals under the age of 50. Female voters are closely divided between Lindell and Demuth.

This poll comes on the heels of the Minnesota Republican state convention in Duluth, where delegates officially endorsed Qualls for governor after ten rounds of voting. While Demuth previously stated she would end her campaign if she did not receive the party endorsement, Lindell did not make that pledge and remains on the ballot for the primary election scheduled for August 11, 2026.
