After the original release of the eManual on 12/27/2022, another section was added called, "Teams, Time & Turnout". That was released on 1/31/2023.
In order to determine how many counting teams are needed at each polling place, you have to look at some historical data of voter turnout. We added turnout numbers and charts for more than a dozen counties, from large to small.
This information also provides a clear picture of how many machines are being used in polling places that don't even have 100 ballots cast on election day. And, that's not just small counties. You'll be surprised by the facts about turnout and number of ballots cast.
