Peter R. Breggin MD discusses the DC Minor Consent Law passed by DC Council and as of December was on Mayor Bowser's desk for signature. It is one of the worst bills put forward violating informed consent and parent's rights and knowledge. Bill calls for concealment of child's vaccine and children as young as 11 can receive vaccine without parent consent or knowledge. Dr. Breggin provides background on reform work against abusive medical practices of black children and other vulnerable populations.
